Minor White is a very famous American photographer. He taught at many prestigious schools, but finished his career at MIT. He also started the magazine, Aperture. White was a very spiritual person and he incorporated his spirituality into his work. Many of his pieces have an otherworldly atmosphere about them. In his images he focused more on the feelings conveyed by the photograph instead of the content of the photograph.
